Casey, our office administrator, brings 22 years of dental experience with her. She joined our practice in 2023. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and putting them at ease with their dental concerns. She is from and still lives in Tiffin with her husband Joey. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her grandson, Cole. She also has 4 French bulldogs that complete her family.

Kayla is a Dental Hygienist with our office, starting here in 2018. She graduated from Rhodes State College in 2009 and Arlington High School in 2006. Kayla’s favorite part about her job is helping others improve their overall health and also getting to know patients and building relationships with them. Aside from working, Kayla enjoys spending time with her niece and nephew, going to the lake and cheering on THE Ohio State Buckeyes.

Courtney is a registered dental hygienist who graduated from Rhodes State Community College in 2020. In May 2024 she attended Sinclair Community College and obtained her EFDA license to be more universal within the dental office. Courtney joined DeClerck Family Dental in 2023. Her top priority is to help each patient achieve optimal oral health. She prides herself on making them feel comfortable during their regular dental visits. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and traveling to new places. She has a daughter, Josephine, and two dogs, Hazel and Knox.

Renee is a “jack of all trades” for our office. She assists the Dr in the back and does front office duties as well. She has over 28 years of experience as a dental assistant and started at our practice in 2010. Renee enjoys interacting with people not only in the office but also volunteering in the community to spread the word of the importance of proper dental care. When not at work, Renee loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and dogs (Ross and Evelyn) camping, cooking, and traveling.

Stephanie started at our practice in 2020 and has been a dental assistant since 2002. She received her EFDA license from Case Western Reserve in 2013, allowing her to assist the Dr. and place composite and amalgam restorations. Stephanie enjoys helping to get patients back to being healthy and being there to answer questions and put her patients at ease. While not at work, she enjoys going to her two children’s activities, camping, and traveling with her husband, Luke.

Jasmenn, a dental assistant who is compassionate and skilled, joined our office in 2025. She has been assisting for over 5 years. She enjoys communicating with patients and helping to make their experience easy and comfortable. She’s from and lives in Tiffin with her daughter, Amiyah. Aside from working, Jasmenn enjoys spending time with her family, friends and exploring new places with her daughter.
